Fishing Report - Nov. 17, 2016

November 17th, 2016

Crappie -  Lake Talquin’s crappie have finally turned on…the bite has been great this week trolling in the flats in 14 to 20 feet of water…using acid rain, sour grape and black/blue jigs…using a 1/16 jig head with a #5 lead…best colors red, black and chartreuse. Also, several good catches with minnows brought in.

Catfish - Lots of catfish being caught all over the lake with Sonny’s stink bait. We have plenty of Sonny’s in the bait store.

Bream - Good catches of bream still being caught with crickets and giant big reds.
